**Key Responsibilities**:
- Create building models using eQuest software to assess energy efficiency and compliance with energy codes.
- Utilize a prescriptive modeling approach for straightforward projects and performance-based modeling for complex ones.
- Identify and recommend energy-efficient measures such as boiler replacement and roof upgrades.
- Develop base models based on existing conditions or simple code requirements.
- File reports using ASHRAE 90.1 2016, Appendix G methodology to compare modeled buildings with baseline standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate modeling and compliance with regulations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to energy conservation and building modeling.




- Communicate findings and recommendations to project stakeholders effectively.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Experience with energy modeling software such as eQuest.
- Knowledge of energy codes and regulations, particularly ASHRAE standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
