OVERVIEW: This position is responsible for scheduling for production departments to satisfy customer delivery while optimizing production efficiencies and inventory investment. Responsibilities also include establishing effective systems and operating procedures. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential Duties include the following: - Plan for finished goods Including the High runners. - Maintain acceptable levels of inventory. - Maintain level load capacity on assigned work centers. - Participate in weekly SIOP meetings. - May be asked to perform other duties at a lower level or higher level of proficiency or not related to this classification on occasion.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Certifications - Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,



Business or Administration areas - APICS is a plus Experience - Minimum 5 years of experience as a planner or equivalent - MRP, Kanban, JIT, level loading, MPS (plus) - ERP knowledge - ERP Avante is a plus Qualifications - Bilingual English / Spanish - Proficient Excel (VLOOKUP & pivot tables) - Multi-task - Hand On - Self-motivated - Team Working - Sense of urgency
