- Management of department and equipment through ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 processes. -Ensure manufacturing area meets all safety requirements. Schedule headcount and machinery capacity to obtain maximum efficiency. -Collect data and initiate corrective action to reduce defects. -Ensure Labor Times properly and accurate capture on production work orders. -Evaluate effectiveness of production training processes.
Experiência y requisitos
- 4-year College Degree in Engineering; Electronic, Industrial, Mechanical, or similar. - 5+ years’ experience in Electrical/Electronics industry. - Understanding of electronic/electrical and mechanical drawings. - Experience in ERP Systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Infor Visual, Baan LN. - Good computer knowledge: MS Office, Excel, Internet Tools
