**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with US and Mexico offices to coordinate purchasing and planning activities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials and parts
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance
- Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and adjust orders as needed to meet production demands
- Work closely with production and engineering teams to support new product launches and continuous improvement initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management,



business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing and planning, preferably in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Experience working with US and Mexico offices and international suppliers from US, Mexico, India, and China
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management principles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Fluent in English and Spanish
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
