**Java Developer**

**Experience**:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
- Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Struts.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Java and related technologies. - Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)




- Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification on Pega CSA (Certified System Architect) desirable.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
