**How will you make an impact in this role?**
If you: are passionate about customer service, relate to people with ease, display oral and written communication skills, possess ability to persuade, have advanced English conversational skills and Microsoft Office knowledge, then this opportunity is for you.




Responsible for contacting clients with higher or more complex overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
