**The Role**:
- Onsite in Mexico DF
- Contract Role - Full Time
**What you’ll do?**
- Develops, builds, maintains and tests assigned technologies, including associated software and hardware
- Resolves problems of moderate scopes as they arise, and provides high-level technical assistance to development programmers and customers to ensure proper performances
- Assists in implementation, supports configuration, and ensures standards, process, and procedures are in place
- Supports compliance posture which includes escalating potential concerns, and implementing both risk mitigation plans and control functions
- Drafts and reviews status reports and performs implementation and troubleshooting activities, updating project plans as required
- Supports business and process improvement initiatives, proactively sharing ideas that may impact team performance




- May manage smaller project/initiatives as an experienced individual contributor with specialized knowledge within assigned discipline
- Consult with product and engineering on the operational requirements of software solutions
- Performs implementations to optimize platform performance, efficiency, and capacity
- May guide others on implementation and troubleshooting activities.
- Request proper authorizations to approve any manual transactions.
- Verify operations and balances, confirm if any transactions need to be recorded in the Business Core.
**Requirements**: Demonstrated initiative in building relationships with colleagues from multiple areas (QA, Devops, Governance, Support, Operation)
3+ years of relevant exposure to development of design, technology, and process standards3+ years exposure to working with teams that span multiple geographies and time zones3+ years Experience in Ruby2+ years of experience with AWS servicesExperience with Cloudwatch, Grafana tools
- Experience with optimizing database performance AWS RDS
