**EHS Specialist II**
**Job based in Laminadora Zaragoza Plant Trim Division**
**Lear Corporation** is number 70 on the list of 500 Most Important Companies in Mexico 2020 according to Expansion Magazine Components that are manufactured in our country include: structures and mechanisms for seats, trim, foam, leather, harnesses and automotive electronics, these components are consumed by the Automotive industry of Mexico, USA and Canada.**
**As a EHS Specialist II, you will be responsible for Lead and manage the EHSSS (Environmental, Sustainability, Health, Safety, Property Security) aspects of the plant, in such a way that there is always positive performance.**
**YOUR TASK WILL BE**
**Comply with legal requirements in EHSS and Sustainability**
**Lead compliance with Lear's EHSSS initiatives, guidelines, and protocols**




**Comply with CTPAT and manage the property security system, including CCTV**
**Monitor and maintain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Clean Industry certifications**
**Coordinate EHSS risk assessment and lead incident and accident investigations**
**Lead Ergonomics projects**
**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED**
Degree completed in Engineering (preferably industrial, environmental, safety, or similar)
English middle level
Experience in ISO 14001 and 4500 Systems
Expert (minimum 3 years) in EHSS legal requirements, CTPAT, work risk prevention, personnel management (a team) and have leadership and communication skills.
