Provide leadership and coordination as a light vehicle manager (LCV) by giving support and guidance to the field force to advance the LCV´s objectives, maximize the portfolio revenue, profitability and productivity and ensure the satisfaction, relation with de dealer, service and parts business future growth.
**STRATEGIC**: 30%
Build and maintain professional trust relationships with the Dealer network.
Coordinate and execute the new professional network that was generated with the Row to Growth (RTG) strategy to attack the light vehicle market (VANs and PICK Ups)
Coordinate with the team the strategy to attack all the small enterprises and the non-fleet client that use LCV
Create specific actionable commercial strategies, plans, policies and budgets.
Analyze and solve the aged inventory and give structure to the new ones.
Maintaining awareness of the competitive market landscape, expansion opportunities, industry developments, etc.
**OPERATIONAL**: 40%
Give the guidance and consult the dealer in order to accomplish all the Stellantis processes
Currently there are 6 people dedicated to this strategy, however an executive is needed who can be dedicated to reviewing the commercial offer, specialized financing for this network, ensuring that dealers have the correct inventory, generating agreements and solutions at the management level.
Secure the wholesales using the benefits of the previous allocation.
Being responsible for the retail sales and each model penetration
Engage STM financial in order to support all the commercial initiatives.
Catalyze all the dealer issues internally to solve them.
**RESOURCE MANAGEMENT**: 30%
Managing the LCV commercial operations and resources
Review and approved the LCV plans
**Experience**:
Bachelor’s and preferable MBA master’s degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
English proficiency
Minimum of 10 years of management experience including extensive commercial administration experience
Experience creating strategic relations and negotiating with the Dealer Network
Leadership and team management experience
**Technical Knowledge**:
In-depth understanding of the industry including risk management, compliance, and regulatory requirements
In-depth understanding of accounting principles including budgeting, balance sheets, income statements, cash flow, and capital planning management
