Finance Sr Specialist NRFM performs different roles among the company supporting finance results and focusing on automation delivery, control & improvement process providing advisory on decision-making. Works with internal and external clients, shares concrete ideas with business understanding. Contact with other regions and functions within the company, mainly consolidating NRFS, NRFM and ANZEN.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for expense optimization and resource allocation.
- Implement initiatives and strategies to reduce expenses and improve efficiency without compromising operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with junior management to make informed strategic decisions that are aligned with overall business objectives.
- Documents, process, elaborates and makes Digitalization process to speed finance function and reduce manual processes with finance departments and other functions depending on the Project.
- Analyzes, interprets, questions, elaborates, makes, and provides analysis of variations to explain changes vs Budget/forecast during the year, considering internal and external factors providing reasons and amounts to Finance and other functions.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of administrative expense submissions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with administrative expenses.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
**Education/Certifications**: Bachelor's degree Finance, Accounting, Administration,



Industrial Engineering (Finance profile), Economy. (desirable)
**Previous Work Experience**
5 years of experience in Finance positions.
**Language**: Bilingual / Advance English Level TOEIC Above 600 Pts
**Computer Skills**:
- MUST: SAP and Excel - Advanced Level.
- DESIRABLE: Tableau and Hyperion
