As a Maintenance and Critical Infrastructure Supervisor, you will be responsible for analyzing and providing solutions to facilities operational infrastructure as well as day-to-day operations. You be managing a maintenance team in various disciplines, and coordinating external contractors.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure the continuous functioning and maintenance of all critical infrastructure systems (such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement schedules for regular inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce the likelihood of unexpected failures.
- Emergency Response: Plan and coordinate responses to infrastructure emergencies, including disaster recovery strategies.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all practices adhere to Health anda Safety standards
- Team Leadership: Supervise and train maintenance staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks.
**Position Challenges**:

- Provide a multiplier effect towards a safety oriented operation
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in infrastructure maintenance or a similar role,



typically requiring at least 5 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Strong understanding of building systems including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
- Technical training and certifications relevant to facility management and critical infrastructure systems are highly advantageous
