**Position: Cross-Border Logistics Executive**
**Location: Mexico City**
**Job Overview**:
The Junior Cross-Border Logistics Executive will assist in the planning and execution of cross-border logistics operations. This position is essential for ensuring compliance with international shipping regulations and optimizing the movement of goods across borders.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the coordination of cross-border shipments, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and documentation requirements.
- Assist in tracking and monitoring the status of shipments, providing updates to internal teams and external partners.
- Negotiate rates and service agreements with logistics providers to optimize shipping costs and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with customs brokers and carriers to ensure efficient and cost-effective shipping solutions.
- Help analyze shipping costs and transit times to identify opportunities for improvement.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.




- Minimum of two years of experience in logistics or supply chain roles, with a focus on cross-border operations preferred.
- Basic knowledge of customs regulations and cross-border logistics processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics or customs software is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
