**What You’ll Do**
- Responsible for coordinating and managing material, human resources, equipment and systems of the assigned area to meet production goals.
- Responsible for following up the daily production schedule.
- Responsible for managing and optimizing allocated resources.
- Responsible for the fulfillment of operations objectives.
- Participation in continuous improvement projects (scrap reduction, process improvements, tooling cost reduction).
- Responsible for monitoring compliance with the staff training and training programs.
- Responsible for maintaining the discipline of the staff under his charge.
- Responsible for enforcement of safety, health and environmental rules.
- Responsible for compliance with the internal work regulations.
- Responsible for generating reports on compliance with operations performance metrics.
- Responsible to keep update the key metrics on the SQDCP bords and the hour by hour tracking.
- And other activities assigned by the immediate supervisor.

- PFMEA, Diagram Flow.
- Basic knowledge on read engineering drawings and specifications.
**Required Qualifications**
- Industrial engineering or career end
- Management of computer packages (word, excel, power point)
- 3 - 5 years of experience on same or greater role
- Fluent English and good writer.
