**Responsibilities**:
- Establish and maintain strong and long-lasting relationships with key clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers' industries, competitors, and target audiences.
- Work closely with clients to develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal project teams.
- Effectively communicate customer objectives, requirements and expectations to the project manager and cross-functional teams.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to customers.
- Communicate effectively to address customer needs and concerns.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide information and recommendations.




- Proactively identify and address issues that may impact customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience as Key Account Manager.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer satisfaction and account growth
