**Company Description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Conduct regular property inspections and oversee maintenance to ensure compliance with safety standards for 300 properties.
- Handle tenant inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally to maintain positive tenant relations.
- Manage property repairs and maintenance, including obtaining quotes and overseeing work quality.
- Administer property finances, including rent collection, budgeting, and payment of expenses.
- Market vacant units effectively, conduct tenant screenings, and manage lease agreements.
- Enforce lease terms and regulations, resolve disputes, and take legal action when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of property transactions and tenant communications.
**Skills**
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective tenant and client interactions.
- Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficiency in property management software and basic financial management.
**Qualifications**:
- Proficient in English to communicate effectively with tenants and clients.
- Relevant experience in property management is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree

- AppFolio, 3CX, LeadSimple
- Google Suites (Excel, PowerPoint, Calendar, Google Voice, etc.)
**Physical Setting**:Remote
**Schedule**:Rotative 40h p/w, occasionally covering weekends (9 am - 6 pm with 1h lunch break)
Pay: $20,460.00 - $26,310.00 per month
