Core Tasks:
- Upload and manage digital ad campaigns for Meta
- Focusing on Lead campaigns, plus traffic/awareness as needed
- Work with creative and copy departments to pull in necessary content for ads
- Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction / parameters
- Perform regular reporting on campaign effectiveness
- Generate and track UTMs across campaigns
- Templated reporting and dashboarding on campaign results
- Test and validate new strategies and approaches with client direction
- Assist with the development of new ad channels
Must Have:
- 2+ years of Meta ads experience, including relevant Meta certifications.
- ** Experience implementing more than 100 monthly campaigns**:
- Experience building Lead Gen campaigns and Facebook Lead Forms
- Basic Knowledge of Google and Microsoft for sourcing creative/copy content, forms, and project tracking




- Experience generating copywriting for ad campaigns.
- Understanding of best practices for Meta and ad placements.
- Familiarity with Slack and Outlook for internal comms
- Basic experience with analytics tools (intermediate Excel / Sheets)
- Basic understanding of Pixel/Conversions AI implementation
- Great written and verbal English communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Notion experience for team admin and project tracking
- Familiarity with Monday
- Familiarity with Hubspot
- Familiarity with Canva
- 1+ years of TikTok and/or LinkedIn ads platform experience
