**Requirements**:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish), with work experience speaking to native English speakers
- 2-5 years of business analysis, project management, technology implementation, interfaces or integration, or related roles
- 1-2 years of customer service or support experience




- Familiarity with healthcare and / or technology industries
- Experience using an Electronic Health Records system, preferred
- This position requires one week of on call support per month. Extra compensation for these weeks.
