Descripción General:
**Responsabilidades**:
The SR RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools; works closely with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand the business processes and requirements, and design and implement RPA solutions that will automate those processes; also provides technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Competencias:
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- 4 years of experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath)
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively interact with different stakeholders
- English Fluent
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Javascript, or Python
- Microsoft Power Platform
