Responsibilities
- Support the operation and analytical efforts at Klar.
- Perform data analysis and create presentations.
- Identify areas for improvement across processes.
- Automate processes to increase efficiency.
- Execute manual operations using internal software applications.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Business Engineering, Digital Business Transformation Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Advanced English proficiency; most internal communication occurs in English.
- Advanced Excel skills – knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, macros, etc.
- Intermediate to advanced SQL proficiency.
- Basic Python knowledge.
- Tableau experience is a plus.
