**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the S&OP; process with division leaders to ensure effective and aligned planning with organizational objectives.
- Develop and manage the 6-month demand plan, ensuring accuracy and operational continuity.
- Provide support to the sales team through reports, pre-analysis, meetings, and calls to align the forecast.
- Oversee the management of phase-in and phase-out codes in coordination with relevant departments.
- Review production capacities and product monetization to optimize resources.
- Identify and manage obsolete materials to prevent accumulation in the warehouse.
- Analyze and track forecast accuracy (FA) and bias KPIs for improved decision-making.
**Requirements**:




- Previous experience in demand planning, S&OP;, and inventory control.
- Strong knowledge of KPI analysis and strategic planning processes.
- Proficiency in cross-departmental coordination and systems related to material and inventory management.
