**Principal Duties & Responsibilities**_
Daily support of custom hardware/server
configuration, working through a ticketing queue, interfacing with larger
support teams to triage and resolve issues, and development of scripts/programs
- to increase system efficiency and remediate issues._
- **Core Competencies**_ - Basic hardware knowledge (compatibility between computer components),
Linux and Windows OS, Python or bash/powershell experience, basic software and
- hardware troubleshooting skills. _
- Visa required_
