Operational role handling the day to day tasks required to process import and export ocean shipments. QUALIFICATIONS (SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED) **Detail oriented** Ability to establish priorities **Proven analytical and problem-solving skills** Knowledge of Cargo Wise **Multilingual a plus**
Customer responsibilities**:Operational tasks required to complete the shipment**
Ensure that SOP requirements are reflected in Cargowise process of milestones and/or tasks, in the correct order of operation.
**Shipment data is updated Import & Export Specific Knowledge & Skills: Complete understanding of export process including but not limited to** AES filing, denied party screening, boycotted countries, restricted commodities **Documentation requirements in major trade lanes** Hazardous cargo re quirements **Full understanding of LCL, FCL** Cargo routing,



US rail network for containers, LCL routing
Responsibilities to alert Account Management**:Ensure SOP issues are communicated if requirements cannot be met using current vendors or routings.**
If Cargowise order of operations or requirements are not out of order or causing conflict **Assist Account Management with customer issues during hours when Account Management is not available**
**Computer Skills**: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint **Cargowise**
Pay: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month
