The Sourcing Sr Analyst in Maintenance will be responsible to:
- Execute strategic maintenance and service projects
- Develop new suppliers and monitor their performance
- Manage the relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Train the service and maintenance supplier base
This position will require to execute monthly visits to suppliers’ facilities.
Activities and tasks:
a) Supplier Management:
- Develop current and new maintenance suppliers to increase coverage footprint
- Monitor suppliers’ performance
- Maintain and develop suppliers’ relationships (Dealers and Independent Service Shops)
b) Planning Strategic Projects
- Design and coordinate new projects with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Define the strategy of new maintenance products and services
c) Reports and Analysis
- Analyze operational data to obtain strategic insights to improve service levels and NPS
- Identify cost efficiencies
d) Standardization and implementation of processes
- Design and deploy the training strategy for maintenance suppliers
- Create strategies to optimize day-to-day processes for strategic projects
e) Communication
- Maintain effective and efficient communication with suppliers,



including information about prices, actions and resolutions.
- Build and create executive presentations to internal stakeholders to present results and optimizations

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields
- +8 years of experience
- 3 years working in Strategic Sourcing, Supply Chain management and/or procurement
- Experience working with suppliers in the automotive industry.
- Understanding of the Automotive Industry in Mexico
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Advanced Excel and Power Bi skills
