**What you will do**
- Collaborate with teams to understand user needs, identify functionality gaps, and improve workflows;
- Conduct targeted user research, including interviews and surveys, to gather actionable insights;
- Create strategies for measuring user behavior and ensure usability and scalability across systems like Catalyst and Data Infrastructure.
**Must haves**
- **3+ years** of professional experience as a UX researcher;
- Proficiency in **Figma** for collaboration and **Dovetail** for managing research data;
- Experience conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests;
- Ability to create journey maps and perform card-sorting exercises;
- Knowledge of mixed-methods research and translating findings into actionable insights;
- Experience with internal-facing products, enterprise tools, and marketplace environments;
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on user behavior and trends;
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams;
- Upper-intermediate English level.

- Hands-on usability testing experience;
- Basic SQL knowledge;
- A strategic mindset for aligning research findings with business goals;
- Adaptability to dynamic, internally focused product environments.
