Arrange the efficient operators over time working to meet the production requirement 7. Improve, maintain the operation of tools management system. Direct the production department to assure fair and consistent discipline within department, and maintain high employee morale. REQUIREMENTS: - Have proven management/organization ability and good interpersonal skills. - A working knowledge of Hussmann products and operation. - High school degree at least and more than 3 years manufacturing supervisory experience
