**Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator,**
Sunstrong International is looking for a customer service coordinator has experience on order management, farmiliar with ERP system.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Order Management, follow up customer orders and to confirm delivery schedule in a timely manner.
- Manage forecast/inventory and material planning with customer and coordinate factory team to excute that.
- Update orders/delivery schedule/Material inventory and risk buy data in weekly basis.
- Host or join meetings with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Timely follow up to drive quality issues that affects delivery schedule.
**Required Skills&Experience;**:
- Colledge degree in marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years experience in customer service and order management, prefer to be in EMS industry.
- Good at English Speaking and writing, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP system.
