**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to standardize requirements and achieve cost savings.
- Develop and execute sourcing, procurement, and compliance strategies.
- Ensure supplier quality and compliance with certifications and service levels.
- Manage strategic tender processes, including supplier sourcing and contract negotiations.
- Support category managers in their strategic processes and initiatives.
- Implement programs for improved value creation, spend visibility, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain procurement policies and procedures to align with integral standards.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers.




- Oversee procurement systems and prepare necessary documentation and reports.
- Manage and mentor procurement staff, ensuring performance and development.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years in a Procurement role.
- Experience in IT procurement.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Regional experience.
- Strong understanding of procurement policies and compliance.
- Excellent negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and change management capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP platforms.
- Ability to multitask and manage conflicting priorities effectively.
