**What's the role?**
This is a full-time position reporting to the Senior Product Design Manager. In addition to salary, you will also be eligible for an equity package, an annual performance bonus, and our competitive benefits that support you and your family as part of your total rewards package at Etsy.
**What’s this team like at Etsy?**
The team is accountable for executing on a variety of buyer experiences in Etsy’s native iOS and Android apps. They use their domain knowledge of our native platforms to collaborate with product teams to implement web solutions with considerations specific to our native platforms. The work this team does helps make it as easy as possible for buyers on Etsy to find what they’re looking for and make a purchase. The team is dedicated to crafting the best buyer experience to drive conversion and deliver on our topline company health metrics via iterative experimentation.
**What does the day-to-day look like?**
- Aligning with collaborators on your prioritized roadmap.
- Working closely with web designers to translate their work into the native UX.
- Testing prototypes with users to collect feedback.
- Sharing your work with peers and leadership, async and in-person.
- Taking part in weekly design critiques, workshops, all hands and squad meetings.
