**Position Overview**:
**BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (Commission Pay Only)**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts within the Texas region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Manage and oversee the delivery of maintenance services to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
- Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports on key metrics and progress.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.




**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an Business Development Representative or similar role, preferably in the maintenance services industry.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Google Suite.
