**UX Research Support Associate**

**Position Overview**:
In this role, you will collaborate with fellow operations team members to understand user needs and create solutions to positively impact digital product development. This is a hands-on role, supporting customers across disciplines to design studies that answer their critical research questions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Understand the company´s platform to effectively identify research opportunities and isolate the correct audiences for each
- Build and field studies for prototypes and other designs for websites, apps,



and other digital experiences, all with the journey of end users in mind
- Coordinate survey launches with partners and monitor progress for timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary changes
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:
- 2+ years of mixed-method research experience, preferably in the digital space
- Knowledge and experience across a range of research methodologies, including usability studies, interviews, and surveys
- Understanding of quantitative methodologies including survey design and analysis
- Proficiency with building surveys on Qualtrics, creator screener questions for specific audience targeting
- Proficiency with hubspot service hub or similar tolos such as Zen Desk.
- Experience with Userlytics and Figma preferred but not required
