We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a **Business Project Manager**
**What you’ll do**:
- Reaching out to partner managers/leads for partner briefings and pre-reads/decks for executive meetings.
- Maintaining executive’s briefings tracker.
- Advising leads on briefing content.
- Conducting companies research, performance/financials etc. for meetings prep.
- Managing communication with partner managers/leads for partner briefings and pre-reads/decks for TK meetings, obtaining approval and sharing with TK-office.
- Slides content development, management, assignments, and follow-ups.
- Managing chat, assigning questions during the livestream call, reaching out to leads for answers, and posting answers.
**Preferred experience**:
- 3-4 Years of experience Business Project Management experience




- 3+ years of experience performing business/industry research and analysis
- 5 years of experience facilitating briefings
- 3 years of experience managing chat and livestream calls
- 3 years of experience documenting, following up, and facilitation resolution questions and answers
- Experience creating and facilitating communication plan for executive briefings
- Advanced Level of English is a Must
