**Job Requirements**:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, Economic Law or other related legal careers, master's degree desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant legal work experience, specificall y analyzing the legal framework for large infrastructure projects in Mexico
- **100% English language**

**Objective of the position**:
Responsible for the complete technical management of the electromechanical systems engineering process (including equipment installation, debugging of individual systems, comprehensive management of debugging, acceptance and delivery). This role involves coordinating relevant interfaces, optimizing system solutions, and achieving the goals of a smooth installation, debugging, acceptance, and delivery of equipment and systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Legal Affairs: Participate in the legal review of important documents such as contracts, agreements, and memorandums related to the project. Provide legal services for important project matters, conduct legal demonstrations for important project department business decisions,



and provide legal consulting opinions. Review the legality, compliance, and necessity of project department management data.
- Compliance Management: Participate in the establishment of the project's compliance management mechanism. Pay attention to laws and regulations outside of Mexico and/or Reciente León that may affect the project. Convert external regulatory requirements into internal compliance obligations and identify compliance risks. Organize the identification of compliance risks in business management activities, supervise the implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of compliance risk response measures.
