**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Design and develop thermal control systems, including hardware and software components.
- Conduct thermal analysis and simulations to predict system performance.
- Develop and implement control algorithms to optimize thermal management.
- Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to integrate thermal controls into products.
- Perform testing and validation of thermal control systems to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to thermal performance.
- Document designs, test results, and procedures.Stay updated with the latest advancements in thermal management technologies.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in thermal control system design and development.
- Experience with Model-Based Design (MBD)



and simulation software.
- Experience with control system design and implementation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience with thermal management in Data Center or Mission Critical environments.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to thermal management.Familiarity with data acquisition and instrumentation.
**PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS**
Various time spent in raised floor/non-raised floor environment so ability to handle fluctuations in temperature and noise (with hearing protection)
