RESPONSIBILITIES
- Gather and document customer requirements through conducting interviews
- Develop visual designs for new features to improve user experience
- Ensure close collaboration with the development team to facilitate the implementation of solutions
- Provide the required support to other Google teams as needed
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- A minimum of 5 years in Business Analysis
- At least 1 year of relevant leadership experience
- Proficiency in Figma
- Background in customer interviews and requirements documentation
- Competency in UX design processes and methodologies
- Capability to work with multidisciplinary teams
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and idea sharing
- Proficiency in English, C1 or higher
