As an **operations support**, you will be responsible for the successful execution of customer freight pickup and delivery and the daily oversight of dray vendors.
Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to:
- Ensure that the trucks being traded are full.
- Data entry on load boards, portals, and TMS.
- Communication between brokers and customers.
- Coordinate the flow of information related to shipment movement between drayage vendors and terminal and rail operators within the network.




- Monitor and manage equipment flow to ensure capacity is available
- Freight booking and administration.
- Verify hazardous materials shipping paperwork
- Ensuring all shipment documentation complies with customs rules and regulations.
- Prepare export document
- Create batch records
- Dispatching
- Track and Trace
**Requirements**:

**Minimum requirements**:
- **Studies**: High School Degree.
- **Experience**: at least 1 year of experience in logistics operations or related.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. B2+ - C1 preferred.
