**_Responsibilities_**
- _Conduct outbound prospecting activities to qualify new leads, book meetings and expand the sales pipeline. _
- _Conduct initial discovery calls or with leads/prospects to assess their suitability and interest in the company's products or services and book meetings for Account Managers. _
- _Meet and exceed weekly and monthly meeting booking targets set by the Team Lead and perform other peripheral admin activities as required._
- _Collaborate with the sales team to transfer qualified leads and provide them with relevant information and context for follow-up. _
- _Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and customer information in the CRM system. _




- _Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications / Skills _
- _Experience in outbound customer support operations including sales, BD, customer relationship, customer facing roles. _
- _Has demonstrated experience of working comfortably with target-driven outcomes _
- _Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects. _
- _Excellent listening skills and the ability to understand customer pain points and tailor messaging accordingly. _
- _Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. _
- _A positive and resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection and objections**_
