As an **Online Marketing Consultant Team Leader**, you will lead a team of sales closers, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets while maintaining a productive and professional environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Management**:
- Demonstrate successful selling techniques and transfer skills to your team.
- Monitor team attendance, availability, and adherence to company policies.
- Enforce compliance with organizational standards, including login, phone time, pause time, and talk time targets.
- Ensure team discipline, manage leave schedules, and maintain a high-performing workforce.
- Uphold the company’s code of conduct and sales floor policies.
**Performance & Target Management**:
- Work closely with managers to assign and communicate daily, weekly, monthly, and annual targets.
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve team KPIs and sales goals.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve results.




- Present and defend team performance data during periodic reviews with management.
**Coaching & Development**:
- Recognize and reward top performers within the team.
- Identify improvement opportunities for underperformers and develop action plans.
- Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and structured training sessions.
- Foster continuous skill development to enhance team effectiveness and productivity.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales and team leadership, preferably in digital marketing or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Proficiency in performance management, coaching, and mentoring.
