World Renowned Cellular Performance Institute looking for a patient coordinator.
The Cellular Performance Institute, located in Playas de Tijuana, is seeking a patient coordinator. This individual will play a key role in managing patient and companion arrivals, ensuring smooth communication, and delivering outstanding patient care. The role requires strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills to enhance the overall patient experience.
We are considered by many to be the world's premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.
**Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and their companions.
- Greet new patients, provide facility tours, and assist with registration forms.
- Coordinate the movement of patients between floors and departments.
- Transport and accompany patients to treatments, consultations, or other services.
- Ensure patients are present and prepared for treatments and motivational classes.
- Respond to patient and companion requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Assist in arranging meals, especially following procedures.
- Ensure patient rooms are well-equipped, clean, and ready prior to their stay.
- Support patients on their departure day to ensure a smooth exit process.
- Distribute and collect patient satisfaction surveys and deliver them to the Patient Experience Team (PET).
- Maintain and update the patient treatment calendar, scheduling appointments and follow-ups.:
- Liaise with nurses, physicians,



and other staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Schedule patient massages or additional therapies, as required.
- Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs in patient areas.
- Assist with logístical arrangements for patient and companion arrivals and departures.
- Proactively contribute to team efforts to improve the patient experience.
**Requirements**:
- Associate’s degree in a related field (Medical, Hospitality, Tourism, or Psychology) preferred.
- At least 1 year in a similar patient-facing or customer service role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
- English proficiency; bilingual ability (Spanish/English) preferred.
- Ability to work under pressure, demonstrate initiative, and focus on patient-centered care.
- Must exhibit empathy, professionalism, and excellent organizational skills.

**Schedule**:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (availability for adaptable shifts, including 12 PM to 8 PM).
**Salary**:
- $14,953.20 MXN before taxes.
