We are looking for an **outgoing and motivated Community Host** to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for our guests. This role combines hospitality, community management, and basic maintenance to ensure our properties run smoothly and offer a welcoming environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Event Organization**: Plan and host **2 weekly events** to promote interaction and a sense of community among guests.
- **Check-In/Check-Out**: Oversee and ensure a seamless experience for guests upon arrival and departure.
- **Guest Communication**: Serve as the main point of contact to answer questions, provide recommendations, and address requests during their stay.
- **Reservation Management**: Handle platforms like Airbnb, Booking, and U-Co’s internal system to ensure smooth operations.
- **Basic Property Maintenance**: Conduct regular property inspections, address minor repairs, and coordinate with technicians when needed.
**Requirements**:
- **Experience**: Minimum **1 year of experience in hospitality**, tourism, or a similar role.
- **Language Proficiency**:



Fluent in **English and Spanish** (spoken and written).
- **Personality**: Outgoing, friendly, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with attention to detail.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to adapt to a dynamic, service-oriented environment.
