**Position Overview**:
Are you passionate about sales? Join our dynamic team as a Bilingual Hotel Reservation Sales Agent and play a key role in driving bookings and enhancing our guests' vacation experiences. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls, leveraging your sales skills to convert inquiries into bookings. Your primary focus will be to maximize sales opportunities while delivering exceptional service. You will assist guests in securing the best deals, including room-only reservations, meal plans, spa services, and transportation packages. As part of our elite Reservations Team, youll help create memorable experiences and achieve sales targets that reflect the high standards of our 5-diamond resorts.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive sales by handling inbound and outbound reservation calls, converting inquiries into bookings, and upselling various vacation packages.
- Deliver World Class Service in line with our ResortCom Call Quality model, ensuring every interaction maximizes guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, conducting research, identifying solutions, and taking ownership of the resolution process.
- Stay informed about all resorts, company policies, procedures, and promotional offers to effectively assist and guide guests.




- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a high-sales environment.
- Adapt to versátil work schedules based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.
- Attend and complete all required training and compliance courses.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and sales objectives.
**Additional Information**:
- Work Environment: Travel for training and meetings may be required.
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week with potential evening and weekend shifts.
- Pay: $20,000 Pesos monthly base salary + performance-based monthly bonus

- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent phone etiquette and problem-solving skills.
Pay: $20,000.00 per month
