**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and attract talent through various sources (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.).
- Follow up on recruitment processes until hiring is completed.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their talent needs.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
- Knowledge of headhunting techniques and 2.0 recruitment strategies.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, databases).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Availability to work as a freelancer and manage multiple projects.
