We are seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to join our team at Capgemini. As a key member of our delivery organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of client engagements with a focus on compliance, risk management, and delivering quality outcomes.
**Requirements**:
- 5+ years of project management/leadership experience.
- Proficiency in English (e.g., TOEFL score of 550) with strong communication skills in technical, business, and client contexts.
- B.S. or above in Electrical, Mechanical, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in predictive project management, best practices, processes, and tools.
- Strong scope management and negotiation skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to lead and manage multicultural teams.
