**Role**:
The Sourcing/Referencing Agent plays a crucial role in supporting Research Solution’s mission by conducting advanced documental searches, utilizing bibliographic databases, and scientific search engines efficiently. The role demands a high proficiency in utilizing major scientific and medical research databases and a deep understanding of handling scientific documents and articles. This position contributes significantly to the sourcing and referencing efforts by providing expert navigation through scientific literature to support various research initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct comprehensive searches across various bibliographic databases and scientific search engines, with a focus on platforms such as PubMed, ensuring access to a wide range of scientific documents and articles.
- Efficiently manage and navigate through databases to find relevant scientific documents and articles, utilizing advanced search techniques and filters.
- Work closely with the e-sourcing and referencing team to understand project requirements and deliver precise results.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of requested documents and information.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance sourcing strategies and methodologies.
**Requirements**:




- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Natural Sciences (e.g., Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry) is preferred.
- Proven experience in documental research and familiarity with scientific documents and articles.
- Demonstrated expertise in using bibliographic databases and scientific search engines, with a strong emphasis on platforms that specialize in life sciences, biomedical research, and natural sciences literature.
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in database navigation and research tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- **Full-time night shift availability starting at 12am Central Mexico Time.**
