- Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support business objectives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify change impacts and implement plans to address them effectively
- Act as the primary point of contact for all change management activities, ensuring alignment with project goals
- Create and deliver communication plans, training programs, and support materials to facilitate successful change adoption
- Assess change readiness across teams and address challenges proactively
- Monitor and report on the progress and effectiveness of change initiatives, recommending adjustments when necessary
- Requirements: Proven experience in change management, organizational transformation, or related fields
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Availability to work fully aligned with US Central Time
