- ** Treasury Management**: Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and risk management across the LATAM region.**:

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- + years of experience in treasury, finance, or project management, preferably in a multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, banking operations, and risk assessment.
- Experience leading complex projects with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in hedge management and risk mitigation strategies.
- Advanced English
- High ethical standards and integrity in financial decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience in LATAM financial regulations and market dynamics.
- Knowledge of digital finance tools and ERP systems.
- Strong leadership and ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
