**Key Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Maintenance and Engineering Manager in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Solid technical knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanics, electronics, power electricity, and service equipment.
- Experience in launching new projects and products, including APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, and poke yokes.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong communication, leadership, initiative, proactivity, and problem-solving skills.
**Professional Competencies**
- Expertise in engineering changes, Lean Manufacturing, and layout improvement.




- Ability to develop and implement continuous improvement and energy-saving projects.
- Proficiency in budgeting, CAPEX management, and the installation and transfer of machinery and equipment.
- Skilled in managing operational staff and contractors effectively.
