**Responsibilities**
- Resolve release cycle issues by troubleshooting and collaborating with necessary teams
- Oversee dependencies among projects and teams to secure timely successful releases
- Schedule releases, allocate resources and communicate with stakeholders
- Maintain and develop release calendars to synchronize team efforts
- Monitor risks impacting release scope, schedule, and quality
- Conduct reviews on release readiness and milestones to comply with governance standards
- Lead release meetings and distribute status updates to stakeholders
- Offer support after release and collect feedback to improve upcoming releases
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in release management
- Background in release management on platforms such as Google Play and App Store
- Proficiency in communicating effectively and reliably
- Skills in problem-solving and performing well under pressure
- Capability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and meet set deadlines
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with project management methodologies

- Competency in stakeholder engagement strategies
- Qualifications in agile project management methodologies
