**The Opportunity**
This position works out of either our offices in México City, México or São Paulo, Brazil, as part of the Corporate Human Resources Organization, directly supporting the Diabetes Care Business (ADC) in LATAM.
In Diabetes, we’re focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We’re revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
As the Manager HR,
you’ll have the chance to drive HR programs across Latin America in benefit of the Diabetes Care organization and its leadership team in the region.
**What You’ll Do**
- Direct human resource (HR) programs to ensure the organization's current and future HR requirements are met. These programs may include: recruitment, training, compensation/remuneration, benefits, performance evaluation, organizational development, relocation, equal employment/affirmative action, health, safety and wellness, human resources administration, human resource information systems, payroll, employee communications, employment/industrial/labor relations.
- Liaise with area managers to develop and implement local HR strategies that are appropriate for their business needs and consistent with the organization's overall HR strategy.
- Evaluate the organization's future workforce needs in order to recommend changes to the HR strategy and adapt existing HR programs to meet these needs.
- Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of HR professionals to ensure the HR strategy is implemented effectively, within budgets, and complies with all regulations, laws and employment standards.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields. Master preferred.
- Language requirements: Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written), Portuguese - good to have
- 8 years of experience in Human Resources and 3 years as a Business Human Resources Partner
