This position will give overall support to the BSO department while helping in system update, collections and customer's request.

**Core Responsibilities**:
- System update: Verify the customer master data contains customer contact information.
- Collections: Contact the customer and request payment confirmation.
- Customer request: Provide a solution for customer request (e.g., Copy of invoices, tracking information, etc.)
**Do you have what it takes?**:
- Education: from 6th semester and above preferably international relations/business, accounting, administration, finance or similar.
- Proactive, responsible, and self-driven.
- Knowledge of Office tools specially Excel.
- Good at working individually but also with a team.
- Good communications written and oral both in Spanish and English.
