**As a YouTube Script Writer, we are looking for someone who**:
- Has experience writing scripts for videos 45+ minutes long.
- Thinks big, preferably with experience crafting content similar to **Natural World Facts**.
- Can research and master YouTube's pacing, script style, and formatting, adapting content to suit the platform's unique rhythm.
- Is results-oriented, continuously striving for excellence.
- Excels in communication, knowing the right questions to ask to achieve outstanding results.
**Day to Day Responsibilities**:
- Produce compelling YouTube scripts for videos 45+ minutes long, delivering 1-2 scripts per month.
- Collaborate with the creative team to research and brainstorm innovative video ideas.
- Continuously refine and improve scripts based on team and audience feedback.
- Ensure all scripts comply with copyright laws and other relevant legal standards.
- Conduct thorough research on similar YouTube channels and videos to plan and enhance future content.
